Led the transformational journey of consolidating five distinct clinics in Tallinn under a unified brand umbrella, creating a cohesive brand identity and strategy. Collaborated closely with the CEO and owner to conceptualize and develop a brand-new identity, including designing a logo, defining brand values, and devising a comprehensive brand strategy. Orchestrated the merger of the diverse clinic focuses into a single cohesive brand, ensuring alignment with the overarching brand narrative and vision.
